Duraquartz has been developed over a 12 year period by a Western Australian, family owned and operated business to suit Western Australian conditions.

 

The aim was to manufacture a strong, durable finish with virtually limitless choices of long-lasting colours.  This goal has been achieved by sourcing superior quartz aggregates from overseas and combining them with the best coloured quartz and oxides available in the world today.  The importation of quartz aggregates was a high priority given the poor quality aggregates available locally (which unfortunately include organic matter) and were deemed unsuitable for use in the manufacture of swimming pool render.  The fact that we import these high purity quartz aggregates remains one of our biggest "points of difference" when compared to other locally manufactured quartz-based pool renders.
